Justin Aftanis, Broker-Salesperson

As a lifelong resident of Cape May, Justin brings his extensive business and real estate background to Homestead Real Estate.  Justin attended St. Joseph’s University, is a proud Freemason and Past Master 2021 Cape Island Lodge #30, the retired Broker/Owner of Cape May Realty, and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Obtaining his Real Estate license in 1999 you can see Justin has dedicated his business acumen to educating and serving his real estate clients’ needs for almost a quarter of a century.

On a personal level, Justin met his charming wife Dawn when she was a summer local during high school and they have been together ever since.  Dawn and Justin have two children who they lovingly call their “Irish Twins”. Their daughter Izzy is a Coastal Engineering major with a minor in Oceanography at UNCW and their son Gavin is an International Business major at University of Tampa. The Aftanis family jokingly refer to themselves as a house divided over their love of their classic Jeep and a modern Bronco. Justin is a history buff and enjoys fishing, golfing, surfing, biking, and traveling.
