Over the years, my husband and I have purchased several homes in different states and countries due to the nature of his work. We have worked with many, many realtors both buying and selling. I also work with Realtors in New York State staging homes for sale, and once had a realtor license in New York State.
ReEtta is far and above the very best realtor we have ever worked with. She recently helped us find a home in Cape May under circumstances that would have floored another realtor. She was also extremely kind to our autistic son, and we feel we met a realtor and a new friend. She is well informed, extremely computer literate, knows her selling area very well, shows up on time, and does a very thorough job.
She is extremely honest and will keep the client in the loop throughout all her showings and transactions. She knows how to put the whole process together, draw up a timely, well written contract, as well as having a plethora of good advice always to hand. In our case, she was in the difficult position of acting as a Dual Agent which is never easy, but she handled it with the grace and style that is obvious from the first time one meets with her.
We do not make recommendations lightly, but ReEtta Alimo Peterson is a realtor we highly recommend you work with both as a seller and buyer. She is a credit to her profession and her company.

The company (HomeStead) is great and really professional. I've been around real estate and realtors for a while now and I have to say HomeStead is the most organized, aggressive, and down-to-earth company I've found...The office is beautiful and runs like a well oiled machine.
