Rachel Stout, Salesperson

Rachel Stout is a lifelong Cape May County resident. Born and raised in Erma, a mere 10 minutes from Cape May Beach, she spent her summers as a teen working on the Island and falling in love with its charm.

 

Her passion for real estate started at a young age. Her father, a true handyman, worked hard on improving their home. She would spend time with him watching home improvement shows and helping him with various projects. Weekends were often spent in the aisles of Home Depot and she always loved the process of watching the changes from start to finish. It was through these weekend projects with her dad that Rachel developed a keen eye for the potential in every home. When buying her own home in North Cape May, she was able to envision what it could be for her family and turn it from house to home.

 

In addition to loving all things to do with home design, Rachel has spent the past 11 year specializing in print and graphic design. Working in a local print shop with the slogan “Old Fashioned Service, Current Technology,” she was able to combine her creative nature with her love of excellent customer service and human connection. She genuinely cares about the people she interacts with and enjoys helping them get the result they will be truly happy with. She is excited to apply her artistic eye and love of customer service to her career in Real Estate. 

 

Rachel has been married to her high school sweetheart Dan for 15 years. They have two children Daniel and Abigail. She loves spending her free time outdoors, camping, hiking, and enjoying the beaches of Cape May. If the weather keeps her indoors, you will find her painting, practicing her calligraphy, or snuggling up with her kids for a good movie.
