Born in Delaware County, PA, the youngest of 5 children, Susan spent summers in Wildwood and Cape May, vacationing, camping, playing sports, and riding on the back of her Father’s Harley Davidson.  At the age of 13 her family moved permanently to Lower Township.  After graduating from Wildwood Catholic H.S., Susan started a family, which includes her daughter and three sons.  Most recently she’s been blessed with grandchildren.

Susan earned a Business Administration, A.S. degree from Atlantic Cape Community College and has obtained additional credentials in areas specializing in business.  After owning a home in the Cape May Beach section of Lower Township, she purchased her current home in 1990, in the area she likes to refer to as the little hamlet carved out by the Delaware Bay, alongside the Cape May Lewes Ferry.  Most mornings at first light she can be found walking along and exploring the Delaware Bay shoreline or at sunset enjoying the greatest sunsets found anywhere.  Susan is a consummate animal lover and best friend to all dogs.  In her spare time, Susan loves to frequent Home Improvement stores, garden centers, and all of the fabulous and extensive dining venues that Cape May and the surrounding areas have to offer. Her favorite travel destination is Key West, although her love for her little Cape May slice of heaven has remained unmatched.

After a lifetime of work in the hospitality and health fields, Susan has recently returned to a career in Real Estate due to her love of architecture, interior design, and the desire to be an instrumental force in home ownership, which she believes is the most fundamental basis of love and security for everyone.  Her intricate knowledge of Cape May and the surrounding area is an asset to anyone looking to relocate here or to anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change.  She would be more than honored to be your assistant, confidant, and full partner in bringing all of your Real Estate needs to fruition.
