"I met Karen Smith many months ago in 2024 thinking I wanted to move to a little bit bigger home in North Cape May.  Time passed into 2025 and we decided to move back to PA.  So of course, I called Karen.  She happily evaluated our home and made what turned out to be the most profitable suggestion which was to move to our new new home, and then list our current home.  We fortunately had the means to do it.  Once we were gone Karen took over.  She hired a cleaner, did a lot of cleaning up in the back yard, the shed and then staged the entire home with "Shore Items" that I left behind.  The showings were non-stop.  We wound up with 4 offers in about 7 days and got more than we ever imagined.  Thank you Karen Smith and Homestead Real Estate!"
